Skincare brand The Inkey List is introducing personal coaches to educate consumers about hair and skin health.

Oct 29 2021

Skincare brand The Inkey List is introducing personal coaches to educate consumers about hair and skin health. YPulse research shows that skincare is one of the top 15 health and wellness trends young consumers are most interested in, and The Inkey List (also a beauty brand WE young consumers’ are interested in) is investing more in product education to connect skincare enthusiasts with 1:1 expert advice. Building off its existing hotline AskInkey, MyInkey will connect consumers with a dedicated personal coach to help them find personalized product or habit recommendations while tracking their progress through time-lapse photography to see how well products are treating their skin. People can access MyInkey through the AskInkey feature or by downloading the MyInkey app. From there, consumers can load information around their skincare concerns and will be paired with a coach for at least six weeks to figure out their personalized routine. An IRL MyInkey service could also come to Sephora, according to The Inkey List, as the brand begins promoting the service in 2022. (Glossy)
