Working Millennial parents are overwhelmed by managing childcare. According to a Yahoo! Finance poll, the majority (66%) of all parents say they find childcare overwhelming, a number that increases to 71% among working parents with kids under 18-years-old. More than two-thirds say that trustworthy childcare is hard to find, and COVID has created a childcare worker shortage. Many Millennial moms have had to drop out of the workforce to deal with childcare during the pandemic, and YPulse research shows that Millennial women’s employment has not rebounded. (Yahoo! Finance)
