Gen Z singles are embracing cuffing season this fall and winter. New research from Tinder reveals that more than 40% of Gen Z singles say they dated more this summer than last, and 51% say they’re looking for a relationship. Meanwhile, only 9% want to be single, and respondents say they want to get to know people on a deeper level—including learning about their shared interests and political views—as they continue dating this fall. YPulse’s Finding Love Post-COVID trend research predicted that stalled love lives could lead to a renewed interest in dating post-COVID, and 74% of Gen Z say technology has made dating easier (compared to 69% of Millennials).
