A new coworking company is combining flexible working space and childcare for Millennial parents. BümoWork, which just opened their first location in Los Angeles, is a childcare center meets coworking space that offers parents a sleek place to work in one section while their children are being watched in another designed for them. The concept is “geared toward [M]illennial parents” who have become accustomed to working at home during the pandemic, and don’t want to return to the “archaic idea” of a 9-to-5 job. YPulse’s employment report found that Millennial parents are more likely than their non-parent peers to want to continue to work from home even after the threat of COVID has passed. (Fast Company)
