Lili Reinhart’s production company just scored a deal with Amazon Studios. Following her Chemical Hearts release, the Riverdale star has closed a TV and feature film deal with Amazon Studios under her production banner Small Victory Productions to develop modern young adult content that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. Reinhart and producing partner Catherine Hagedorn (who will serve as SVP of Production at Small Victory) will produce original and adapted content with the goal of uplifting new voices in film and television. As Reinhart puts it, Small Victory Productions “tells stories that explore the complexities of young adulthood — queer, diverse, and inclusive of everyone.” YPulse’s Representation in Action trend data shows that 48% of young consumers have watched a TV show or movie because it featured an underrepresented group, and they’re looking for their identities to be celebrated on-screen.
