Millennial employees are less comfortable returning to the office than Boomers. YPulse’s recent No Place Like Home trend research found that 56% of employed Millennials are currently working from home. And according to a Clutch survey, they’re less comfortable going back to the office: 53% of Millennials feel safe returning compared to 59% of Baby Boomers. The data is “thought-provoking” given that older demographics are at higher risk during the outbreak. The report also found that 75% of employees agree that private office spaces are the safest office layout, but only one in five workers have that option. (Black Enterprise) |
