Lego is the world’s “most loved” brand—according to social media. Social analytics firm Talkwalker reports that Lego is at the top of the list of the world’s most loved brands. In order to determine and measure the “love,” the firm went on social media channels, news sites, and blogs to search for posts and comments about brands and kept an eye on phrases like “I love it when” or “I would love if.” The firm said the most loved brands are the ones that build “vital emotional connections” with customers, maintain social responsibility, have good customer service, or create a feeling of nostalgia.
