Young consumers still care about sustainability during Coronavirus. According to a Kearney survey, 83% of consumers take the environment into consideration when making purchases even during the pandemic. The same report found that 78% respondents feel like companies could be doing more to clearly explain the environmental impacts of their products. YPulse found that even before COVID, 67% of 13-39-year-olds had already changed their behaviors or purchases because of climate change, and they’ll likely continue to do so. (Food Dive)
