Toy companies are assisting shut-in families by offering online hubs for games and activities.

Apr 01 2020

Toy companies are assisting shut-in families by offering online hubs for games and activities. Hasbro’s Bring Home the Fun website will feature Play-Doh crafts and trick shot challenges for Nerf blasters as well as resources for parents—including articles about how to juggle working remotely while homeschooling kids. The launch coincides with a social media push where parents can use the hashtag #BringHomeTheFun to share their own at-home activities. Meanwhile, Mattel is launching Playroom, a digital destination that encourages families to #KeepPlaying with activities and content featuring their popular brands, as well as “play-from-home” tips for caregivers.
