Brands are designing Zoom backgrounds. As employees find themselves working from home, and isolated young people socialize via video chat, conference platforms like Zoom have become massively popular—and so have their virtual backgrounds. Now, home decor brands are stepping in to up users’ Zoom style game. Behr Paint developed a “Behr Your Background” library full of stylish room designs that are available for free, while West Elm created backgrounds that range from uber-stylish log cabins to chic living rooms, which can be downloaded directly on Instagram. Even restaurant review site The Infatuation got in on the trend, creating “appetizing” food-themed backgrounds like pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches, and doughnuts. (Adweek, Mobile Marketer)
