Instagram is launching a tool for quarantined users to scroll feeds together while apart. With Co-Watching, users can throw an “Instagram watch party” and can view and scroll through posts together with friends over video chat. The new feature can be accessed through the direct messaging tab. Along with the new tool, the social networking app said they will be including more educational resources to combat misinformation in Search, like stickers that say “Stay Home” or that will allow users to donate to nonprofits.
