Despite the virus proving to be a higher risk for older people, some Millennials are having a hard time convincing their aging parents and family members to take COVID-19 seriously—with many Boomers refusing to cancel plans for trivia games, casino visits, church services, and other trips. Many of their adult children are sharing their frustrations on social media, where tweets and posts about fighting over cancelling events, social engagements, and vacations are becoming common.
