Young Democrat and Republican voters agree on many “surprising” political issues—including climate change. According to a Teen Vogue and IPSOS survey, Gen Z and Millennials are much more liberal than previous generations, and concern over the climate crisis and the urge to address it is strong among young people of all parties (as we’ve been tracking for some time). Overall, 64% 18-34-year-olds feel more positively about a candidate with a 10-year plan to address climate change. Ahead of the 2020 election, YPulse found that climate change is the top issue driving Gen Z and Millennials’ votes. (Teen Vogue)
