Millennials are excited to buy a home, but are overwhelmed by the process. Experts predict that Millennials are on financial upswing and they’re tackling big milestone purchases. According to a TD Bank survey, 68% of 23-38-year-olds think now is the right time to purchase a home, with 52% actively search home listings. However, 75% of young consumers admit the process is stressful, and not all are prepared. Only half of those who plan to purchase a home in the next year have started saving for a down payment, and only 42% have established a budget for their home purchase. (HousingWire)
