Zyper’s Community Index 2020, an annual list which assesses the most “culturally influential and noise-making brands from the consumer landscape,” brands like Allbirds, Supreme, Milk, Starbucks, and Xbox are some of the best at building brand communities. Zyper reports that young consumers are looking for “niche communities they’re part of to learn about products and engage with brands they love.” (Adweek)
