Marvel is diving into the podcast frenzy with an exclusive partnership with SiriusXM.The podcasts, made exclusively for SiriusXM radio and streaming services like Pandora, will include both scripted and unscripted shows, live events, and talk shows that feature beloved superheroes and dissect Marvel history. This isn’t Marvel’s first foray into podcast content, and they “believe audio is the next natural step to bring the Marvel Universe to fans around the world.” However, this is SiriusXM’s first podcast-creation effort, and a sign that they’re betting on exclusive content to draw paying subscribers.
