Pandora’s personalized “For You” app tab will recommend content based on user activity, current moods, the weather, and more. The streaming service is revamping their app to appeal to Gen Z & Millennials, who overwhelmingly use Spotify and YouTube for listening to music. The new section will also showcase a variety of their content, in addition to just music, including talk shows, podcasts, and podcast-music combos they call “Pandora Stories.” All of this content will be curated using user data, ranging from likes and dislikes to time of day and regional weather.
