Kellogg’s created a vegan beef jerky: Leaf Jerky. The punny product is made mostly of soy, is packed with protein, and comes in two flavors: Korean BBQ and Cracked Pepper & Herb. Kellogg’s is betting on young consumers’ growing interest in eating vegan, with their recent launch of Incogmeato and now this. Both product lines have curried favor online for their clever names and their cause-conscious take on the food aisle; Leaf Jerky even comes in recyclable packaging. (Delish)
