Prenups are getting more popular among Millennials. Young adults are waiting longer to get hitched, meaning they have greater financial assets than previous generations did—and they want to protect them. Sixty-two percent of divorce attorneys told the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers that they’ve seen in an increase in client requests for prenuptial agreements.
