Pinterest is getting in young users’ heads with “emotional wellness activities.”The social media platform worked with Brainstorm, the Stanford Lab for Mental Health Innovation, Vibrant Emotional Health, and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline to create a host of activities that appear when users search relevant queries like “stress quotes” and “work anxiety.” Showing self-compassion and taking deep breaths are a couple of the exercises designed to come to users’ aid, and the entire experience is ad-free.
