Millennial-favorite retail site Revolve is launching a Gen Z brand. Superdown will curate products for teens that hit a lower price point than the original site but still mimic Revolve’s influencer-centric marketing strategy. The original brand became a hit with Millennials by popularizing the hashtag #RevolveAroundtheWorld and hosting influencer-swarmed events. Now, Superdown will use some of the same tactics to tap a generation that’s growing into their spending power. (Adweek)
