Valentino’s new pop-up looks like the inside of a subway station. The store’s experiential design is inspired by the unique Instagram account @SubwayHands, which has 108k followers who diligently engage with photographer Hannah La Follette Ryan’s pics of the hands she sees on her daily NYC commute. Along with helping redesign SSENSE’s flagship into a subway store to promote Valentino’s VRing bag, the influencer was tapped to shoot a series of photos in her signature style, featuring hands and the bag together on the subway.
