Gen Z & Millennial shoppers are far more likely to opt for organic food than older generations. While more than 50% of young generations told Earthbound Farms they buy organic, only 30% of Boomers said the same. Also, 20% of Gen Z & Millennials buy organic food “all the time,” compared to 8% of Gen X and 7% of Boomers.
