Game of Thrones is asking for blood sacrifices from its gore-loving fans—for a good cause. HBO is teaming up with the American Red Cross for their SXSW installation, where attendees that sign up to donate blood “will be recognized and rewarded for their bravery.” For those not attending SXSW, the Red Cross will also be hosting blood drives in 43 states. Donators will receive free GOT merch and will be entered to win a trip to the Millennial and Gen Z-favorite show’s premiere. (Vice)
