Disney’s Ralph Breaks VR puts theatre-goers into an interactive VR game. The virtual experience is based on Disney’s new sequel, Ralph Breaks the Internet, and is debuting at Void locations across the U.S. In the 11-minute experience, viewers are introduced to the movie’s world and then get to play several minigames. It was created in partnership with The Void and ILMxLab, who have several Disney-based installations (Marvel, for instance) in the works. Disney also ventured into AR to market the film with a game made for moviegoers. (The Verge)
