Millennials are opting for on-demand doctors over primary care physicians.

Oct 11 2018

Millennials are opting for on-demand doctors over primary care physicians. The Kaiser Family Foundation found that 45% of 18-29-year-olds don’t have a primary care doctor, compared to 26% of respondents overall. Part of the reason is that people have more health problems as they age up; however, there’s more to it than that. Convenience is key, as many seek telehealth appointments and on-demand doctors; 43% of 18-35-year-olds even told Ypulse they put off making a doctor’s appointment until they absolutely have to.
