Auto dealers are having a hard time attracting young talent. Turnover at dealerships is rising year-over-year and it’s only expected to continue as Gen Z increasingly enters the workforce. For one thing, being a car salesman is less lucrative than it used to be because internet price comparisons have given the consumer the upper hand.
