About two-thirds of parents worry that their teenage children have too much screen time, but teens think their parents have a digital addiction, too. The Pew Research Center found that 51% of 13-17-year-olds think their parents get distracted by their phones during their conversations. Over half of teens feel lonely, upset, or anxious when they’re separated from their cell phones and 52% have tried to limit their mobile use at one point or another. It’s no wonder that more young adults and teens are seeking digital detoxes today. (Pew Research Center)
