Millennials “have vacation request anxiety,” according to a survey from LinkedIn. Overall, 56% of respondents said they don’t use all their vacation days because work would pile up while they’re away, with seven in ten saying they won’t take a vacation even when they feel like they need one. Millennials born between 1981 and 1996 were the most likely to not ask for days off because they were too nervous to: 16% said this compared to 7% of Generation X and 6% of Baby Boomers. (T+L)
