Bonobos is blurring gender norms in an inclusive new campaign. Project172 features 170 men and two women of many different races, sizes, and ages. The menswear retailer’s co-president explains the campaign is inspired by “an increase in conversation around the changing definition of masculinity and gender equality, as well as the pursuit of equality for women with Time’s Up.” There’s one notable gap in the new initiative though that body-positive young consumers are sure to notice: Bonobos doesn’t offer plus sizes.
