Zara launched a “click-and-collect” pop-up store that is getting retail tech right. They’re syncing up the on and offline experience in-store by allowing in-app, mobile, and self-scanned checkout and adding same-day pickup for online orders. The changing room mirrors have an embedded “product recommendation system” to suggest sizes and styles, and the whole store is designed with sustainability in mind.
