Someone threw every Millennial stereotype into one ad—and it’s a spot-on satire. We’ve seen our fair share of ads that more than missed the mark with Millennials, and stock footage company Dissolve rolled them all together in “This Is a Generic Millennial Ad.” “[L]ittered with emoji, hashtags, smartphones, [and] internet-speak,” this “cautionary tale” for advertisers everywhere touches on everything from brands co-opting social activism to eclectic groups of friends dancing for no reason.
