It turns out Millennials are pretty happy at work—well, more than older people at least. A study from Robert Half found that 8% of 18-34-year-olds in the U.K. are unhappy in their day-to-day grind compared to 16% of 35-49-year-olds and 17% of those over 55. Workers over 35 tend to be more “jaded.” Taking on more senior roles and the pressures associated with them, along with a lack of creative freedom and work-life balance are some factors contributing to employee unrest.
