It’s not news that nostalgia is bringing vinyl back, and startups have been giving the next generation new ways to experience the old product. Vinyl Me, Please wants to provide Millennials a “tangible, tactile relationship with music”—via subscription. Their founders say they want the “Napster generation” “to sit down and participate,” so the subscription packages up a pre-planned event with an LP record, album art, and—if that wasn’t Millennial enough—a craft cocktail recipe to drink as they listen. For those used to streaming songs, “the idea of owning is really interesting.” (Fortune)
