Millennials like to use guns in their video games, but not so much in real life. A survey from Pew Research Center shows 18-29-year-olds are more likely to purchase a firearm for sport, while older generations purchased them for “protection.” A reported 27% of the age group own a gun, not a statistically significant difference compared to older groups, but they’re less likely to shoot them off the range. The expense of owning a gun and the political associations might hold some potential owners back. (NBC)
