Uber took the top spot for “most improved brand” among Millennials, despite their turbulent year. YouGov’s Brand Index looks at which companies have made the greatest gains in their Millennial customer base, and overwhelmingly favors tech companies (no surprise there). Uber won out with 8.2% of growth in its Millennial market since early 2016, followed by Instagram and Lyft. Though we’ve seen ethical brands rank high as Millennials’ favorites, it seems affordability and convenience may trump social causes. (CNET, Adweek)
