Millennials want to buy almost “everything online”—but still prefer to buy cars on the lot. According to an MSN poll, 62% say they plan to buy their next automobile at a dealership—and they’re only 3% more likely than the overall population to purchase via browser. Online car dealerships, including Vroom, Carvana, and Roadster, are hoping to change their ways by incentivizing buys with free delivery service and no-hassle return policies. (Business Insider)
