Over 90% of Gen Z want well-connected WiFi while they shop, and most are consulting their social media followings before checking out. According to HRC Retail Advisory, both Millennials and Gen Z are interested in new, high-tech in-store experiences, like “Magic Mirrors,” which let them share their options on social media, and apps to make purchases in lieu of cards and cash.
