Castorama is shaking up story time with new, scannable fables embedded in kids’ wallpaper. Interactive digital books have been trending, mostly via innovative apps, and “Magic Wallpaper” takes the idea to the next interactive level. Kids can scan any of the ten characters on their wall to download a five-minute tale about each, or scan two characters together to combine for a new, unique story. Though we see analog books’ popularity staying strong with Millennials, these new narratives may just be the writing on the wall for the future of fiction—literally. (Creativity)
