At least a third of Millennials would take a pay cut for these perks: career security, flexible hours, mentorship opportunities, and rapid company growth. According to a new survey, Millennial workers are practical: 91% rated salary and benefits as their top consideration for a new job and about 80% ranked health insurance as the most important benefit. They’re also in it for the long haul: 65% would need at least a 20% increase in salary to tempt them to switch jobs.
