What do teens most want to be when they grow up? Famous, according to market research firm C+R. The largest percentage of teens they surveyed—20%—say they’re setting their sights on becoming athletes, artists, or entertainers—an aspiration likely driven by the rise of social media stars and, let’s face it, life stage. The second most popular set of dream jobs were in healthcare, with 15% saying they would like to be a doctor, nurse, veterinarian, pharmacist, and/or dentist. None chose an office/administrative job, which one expert says will change once they “start looking at the realities of life.” (MarketWatch)
