Millennials may not be buying homes en masse, but they sure like watching others do it. HGTV, which hosts popular shows like House Hunters and Property Brothers, reported a 16% increase in viewership among 21-34-year-olds this past summer compared to the year before. The 2016 season finale of series Fixer Upper—about a husband and wife who renovate dilapidated homes—was the highest-rated episode for the channel.
