Millennials think that saving for retirement should be mandatory. A new survey from Natixis Global Asset Management revealed that almost seven in ten 18-34-year-old employees believe individuals should be required to contribute toward retirement savings, while only 55% of Boomers feel the same. Over eight in ten employed Millennials also agree that employers should be required to offer a savings plan, and 76% agree employers should be required to make matching contributions—the highest of any group.
