BBC’s Good Food Nation survey has revealed some alarming news on British teens: one in six 16-20-year-olds are eating fast food at least twice a day. One in eight 21-34-year-olds report eating fast food at that same frequency, but were also most likely to say they’re vegan or vegetarian. Young eaters were also more likely to tie-in their eating habits with social media: two in five 21-34-year-olds have posted a picture of something they cooked, and one in three have been inspired by their Instagram feed to prepare a certain meal.
