When it comes to booking business trips, Boomers want a smooth experience, Gen Xers want control, and Millennials want choice. As Millennials take over the workforce, they’re increasingly taking trips for work, and a recent study from American Express Global Business Travel found over eight in ten 18-34-year-old business travelers say variety of suppliers is the most desired factor when booking their trips, followed by 75% who chose booking on a third-party site. To appeal to the group, travel providers are advised to focus on choice and mobile capabilities, as well as creating an easy and inexpensive process to adjust travel plans. (Skift
