Hispanic Millennials are embracing mobile payments, and creating an opportunity for the industry. The Hispanic Millennial Project revealed that 43% of U.S. born Hispanics Millennials are interested in mobile payment technology, and the interest jumps to 63% for those who are foreign-born. Those 18-34-year-old Hispanic consumers who are foreign-born believe the technology “fits their lifestyle,” indicating banks could be doing more to target this segment. (PYMNTS)
