A twenty-something is getting his generation’s attention with his “Dilbert for Millennials” comics. Jon Youshaei launched Every Vowel—a website of work-related content for Millennials—in an effort to get them more engaged in “frank conversations about their careers.” His comics, which feature the letter “Y” working in a modern day office, have struck a chord with his peers, racking up almost 70,000 likes on LinkedIn. Youshaei chose the letter “Y” to represent Millennials’ identity crisis, because “[Y] sometimes acts like a vowel and sometimes doesn't.” (Business Insider)
