Nostalgia, organic, local and fast-casual foods, and online shopping (even with cars) are a few of the trends that have managed to appeal to the generation. Millennials also tend to spend with brands that have an innovative app, great customer service, are socially conscious, can create an exclusive experience, and have free Wi-Fi—at least at restaurants.
