A recent global study of Millennial workers reveals that two-thirds plan to leave their current positions by 2020, and 25% can see themselves switching jobs within 2016—and one reason they might leave their jobs might surprise those who think they prioritize perks. Not developing their ability to climb up the corporate ladder may be to blame: 63% say their leadership skills are not being fully developed, and those likely to leave in the next two years are more dissatisfied with how their leadership skills are being developed than those who plan to stay.
