You may call them lazy, entitled and narcissistic, but their bosses call them hard-working. According to a 2014 Elance-oDesk survey, 60% of managers believe Millennials are quick learners and 70% believe they have skills that were lacking in the prior generation. So maybe those generational stereotypeswere myths after all?
